Product details
Manufactured by IST AG, MiniSens sensors are thin-film platinum RTDs suited for wide temperature ranges and high-precision applications. Standard IEC 60751 accuracy classes available include F0.3, F0.15 and F0.1; higher accuracies can be supplied on request. Devices are offered in wired and SMD formats and support customization of lead-wire material, insulation, length and configuration to match customer requirements.

Small dimensions
The MiniSens chip measures 1.6 × 1.2 × 0.6 mm, providing a minimal footprint ideal for compact designs. The sensor supports operation up to +600 °C, is available with accuracies down to IEC 60751 F0.1 and can be supplied with long, directly welded wires.
