Platinum Sensors

SMD and FlipChip
SMD sensors are wrap-around RTD components for automatic PCB assembly offering excellent long-term stability, fast response and low self-heating. FlipChip sensors provide single-sided contacts (no backside short-circuit risk) and are suitable for reflow soldering, bonding or welding. Available sizes include 0603/0805/1206 with accuracies up to IEC 60751 F0.3 (and better on request).

Small dimensions
IST AG offers compact solutions for limited-space designs such as MiniSens and SlimSens series, enabling reliable temperature measurement where PCB area is constrained. Typical miniaturized options: MiniSens (1.2 x 1.6 mm), SlimSens (0.8 x 3 mm).
