Overview
Thin-film Pt100 temperature sensor for industrial and laboratory applications, ESD-optimized, measuring range -200 °C to +600 °C. Chip 10.0 x 2.0 x 1.3 mm with 10 mm Pt/Ni leads (Ø 0.2 mm). Ideal for compact integration where high accuracy is required.

Platinum Sensors
IST AG platinum RTD sensors are engineered for extreme temperature applications using high-quality materials. Standard devices comply with IEC 60751 and are available in tolerance classes F0.3 (0.12 %), F0.15 (0.06 %) and F0.1 (0.04 %); higher accuracies available on request. Offered in SMD and wired versions, with sizes from 0.75 mm to 10 mm (L) and 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm (W). Lead material, insulation, length and configuration are customizable.

PW Sensor (Thin-film Advantages)
The IST AG PW thin-film RTD combines high accuracy and precision with compact dimensions, low hysteresis and robustness. It achieves high accuracy (up to IEC 60751 F0.15) across -200 °C to +600 °C and can be supplied in round ceramic housings for easy interchangeability with traditional wire-wound sensors.

ESD optimized design
Design and process technology optimized for enhanced ESD resistance. Components tested according to IEC/EN 61000-4-2 and validated in IST AG's in-house ESD laboratory to improve stability of assembled systems.
