Product Overview
Thin-film platinum RTD (Pt1000) with ESD-optimized design and Ni/Au lead wires. Nominal resistance 1000 Ω at 0 °C; measurement range -200 °C to +300 °C. Compact chip size 1.8 x 2.0 x 1.1 mm with 10 mm Ni/Au leads suitable for wired assemblies.

Platinum Sensors
IST AG thin-film platinum sensors are engineered for industrial temperature measurement across wide ranges. Sensors compliant with IEC 60751 are available in accuracy classes F0.3 (0.12 %), F0.15 (0.06 %), F0.1 (0.04 %) and higher accuracies on request. Form factors include wired (leaded) and SMD, with lengths from 0.75 mm to 10 mm and widths from 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm. Standard parts can be customized for lead material, insulation, length and configuration.

ESD optimized design
This Pt1000 variant features an ESD-optimized layout and process technology to improve resistance to electrostatic discharge. Designs have been tested to IEC/EN 61000-4-2. Internal ESD testing is performed in IST AG's dedicated laboratory.
