Overview
The MiniSens Pt100 1/5 IEC is a thin-film platinum (Pt100) RTD designed for compact industrial temperature sensing. It features a 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.6 mm chip with 10 mm welded wires and an operating range from -200 °C to +600 °C. The sensor offers low self‑heating, fast response and high stability for demanding applications.

Platinum Sensors
IST AG platinum thin-film sensors are engineered for extended temperature ranges and robust industrial use. Available in wired and SMD configurations, sizes range from 0.75 mm to 10 mm (length) and 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm (width). Standard IEC 60751 classes offered include F0.3, F0.15 and F0.1; higher accuracies available on request.

Small dimensions
The iST MiniSens module delivers an ultra-compact solution (1.2 x 1.6 mm footprint) with accuracies up to IEC 60751 F0.1. Versions with long directly welded wires and a metallized backside for improved thermal coupling are available for use up to +600 °C.

Customization options
Sensor configurations can be tailored: 2- to 4-wire constructions, various wire materials and lengths, heat-shrink insulation, connectors on wire ends, sensors mounted or soldered to metal discs/sheets/caps, and pre-assembled housings (epoxy, polyurethane or silicone filled, or soldered). Ceramic round housings are available in standard and custom sizes for -200 °C to +600 °C.
