Product description
MiniSens Pt1000 (P1K0.161.6W.B.010) is a small thin-film platinum RTD offering nominal 1000 Ω at 0 °C, operation from -200 °C to +600 °C, and typical chip dimensions of 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.6 mm. The sensor features fast response time, long-term stability and long directly welded Pt/Ni lead wires (Ø 0.2 mm, 10 mm). It is suitable for embedded and industrial measurement applications where minimal footprint and ESD robustness are required.

Platinum Sensors
IST AG platinum sensors cover extreme temperature ranges and are manufactured from high-quality materials. Standard IEC 60751 classes available include F0.3 (0.12 %), F0.15 (0.06 %) and F0.1 (0.04 %); higher accuracies available on request. Configurations include wired versions and SMD variants, with lengths from 0.75 mm to 10 mm (L) and widths from 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm (W). Customization options include lead-wire material, insulation, length and assembly configuration.

Small dimensions
iST MiniSens offers a minimal footprint (1.2 mm x 1.6 mm) making it ideal for tight spaces. Available up to IEC 60751 F0.1 accuracy, the sensor supports operation up to +600 °C and can be supplied with a metallized backside for improved thermal coupling. For very small tube diameters, the SlimSens variant (0.8 mm x 3 mm) is available for tube diameters from 1 mm with comparable accuracies.
