Overview
Thin-film platinum RTD (Pt100) component P0K1.202.3FW.B.007 with Au-coated Ni flat wires and an ESD-optimized layout. Designed for precise temperature measurement in industrial applications with low self-heating and long-term stability.

Platinum Sensors
Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG platinum temperature sensors provide solutions for extreme temperature applications and are manufactured from high-grade materials to operate across a wide range from -200 °C to +1000 °C depending on design. Standard IEC 60751 sensors are available in tolerance classes F0.3 (0.12 %), F0.15 (0.06 %), F0.1 (0.04 %) and higher accuracies on request. Sensors are offered in SMD and wired configurations and in sizes from 0.75 mm to 10 mm (L) and 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm (W). Standard sensors can be customized for lead-wire material, insulation, length and configuration.

ESD optimized design
Design and manufacturing processes are optimized for enhanced ESD resistance. Devices have been tested according to IEC/EN 61000-4-2 and additional validation is supported by IST AG’s in-house ESD laboratory.
