Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG platinum temperature sensors are engineered for demanding temperature ranges and compact assemblies. Standard IEC 60751 sensors are available in class F0.3, F0.15 and F0.1; tighter accuracies can be supplied on request. Components are manufactured in thin-film technology to provide stable Pt1000 behaviour across -200 °C to +600 °C.

Sensors are offered in SMD (leadless) and wired versions with chip sizes from 0.75 mm to 10 mm length and widths from 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm. Standard parts can be customized with different lead materials, insulations, lengths and configurations. For confined spaces or tube applications, inverted welded and bent leads or axial leads improve assembly and thermal contact. Options include metallized backsides for better thermal coupling and long directly welded wires for enhanced robustness during assembly.
