Overview
MiniSens Pt100 (P0K1.161.6W.A.010) is a Pb-free thin-film platinum RTD sensor with a nominal resistance of 100 Ω at 0 °C, Pt 3850 ppm/K TCR and IEC 60751 F0.15 accuracy. The miniature chip (1.6 x 1.2 x 0.6 mm) with 10 mm platinum-cladded nickel leads provides fast thermal response and stable measurement from -200 °C to +600 °C, suitable for space-constrained and high-reliability applications.

Manufactured by Innovative Sensor Technology (IST AG), this thin-film Pt100 sensor is offered in wired and SMD-style configurations with options for customized lead materials, insulation and lengths. The MiniSens family features one of the smallest footprints (1.6 x 1.2 x 0.6 mm) while maintaining high accuracy and long directly welded leads. Lead-free cover and passivation glass options are implemented for RoHS compliance. The design is ESD-optimized and tested according to IEC/EN 61000-4-2.
