Overview
Bondable platinum 1000 Ω RTD component (Pt1000) supplied taped on reel (sensor side up). IST AG’s smallest temperature sensor with a 0.75 x 0.75 mm chip and 0.1 x 0.2 mm bondable contacts. Operating range −50 °C to +150 °C. Engineered for automatic placement in high-volume PCB assembly with low drift, long-term stability and compatibility with Au-wire bonding.
