-50°C to 200°C operating range, chip 2.5 x 1.6 x 1.1 mm, 300 mm PTFE-insulated stranded wire (red & white). Compact PT1000 platinum RTD sensor for accurate temperature measurement in confined installations.

Platinum Sensors
Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG platinum temperature sensors cover extreme-temperature applications and are manufactured from high-grade materials. Standard IEC 60751 sensors are available in class F0.3 (0.12 %), F0.15 (0.06 %) and F0.1 (0.04 %); higher accuracies on request. Configurations include SMD and wired versions, with chip lengths from 0.75 mm to 10 mm and widths from 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm. Lead wire materials, insulations, lengths and arrangements can be customized to application requirements.

Directly welded insulated wires

• Enameled Cu-wire (1E): Sensors with extended directly welded enameled copper wire. Insulation is removed and pre-tinned at the wire end to facilitate soldering. Very small conductor diameter (Ø 0.2 mm) allows extremely compact sensor dimensions. Suitable up to +150 °C (short-term up to +180 °C).
• Straight and stranded PTFE-wire (2I / 2L): Copper/silver straight and stranded conductors with PTFE insulation. Directly welded wires deliver high robustness and are ideal for connector assemblies, soldering, welding and crimping. Wires can be extended or welded directly to the sensor chip to meet specific application needs.
