Platinum Sensors
Innovative Sensor Technology IST AG platinum temperature sensors cover a wide temperature range and are available in SMD and wired configurations. Standard IEC 60751 classes include F0.3 (0.12 %), F0.15 (0.06 %) and F0.1 (0.04 %); higher accuracies on request. Sensor sizes typically range from 0.75 mm to 10 mm (L) and 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm (W). Custom lead materials, insulations and lengths can be supplied to meet application requirements.

Directly welded insulated wires

• Enameled Cu-wire (1E): Directly welded enameled copper wire with insulation removed and pre-tinned wire end for easy soldering. Very small sensor diameters (Ø 0.2 mm) enable compact assemblies. Suitable for continuous use up to +150 °C; short-term use up to +180 °C possible.
• Straight and stranded PTFE-wire (2I / 2L): Cu/Ag straight or stranded wire with PTFE insulation. Directly welded wires provide mechanical robustness and are optimal for connector assemblies, soldering, welding and crimping. Can be extended or welded directly to the sensor chip for application-specific configurations.
