Thin-film platinum Pt1000 RTD component designed for space-restricted industrial applications. MiniSens P1K0.161.6W.Y.010 delivers IEC 60751 F0.1 accuracy with a wide operating range from −200 °C to +600 °C, compact dimensions 1.6 × 1.2 × 0.6 mm and long directly welded wires for reliable mounting.

Platinum Sensors
IST AG platinum temperature sensors are engineered for extreme temperature and demanding industrial environments. Standard IEC 60751 accuracy classes available: F0.3 (0.12 %), F0.15 (0.06 %), F0.1 (0.04 %); higher accuracies on request. Sensor formats include SMD and wired versions in lengths from 0.75 mm to 10 mm and widths from 0.75 mm to 5.08 mm. Customization of lead-wire material, insulation and length is available to match installation requirements.

Small dimensions
MiniSens offers a minimal footprint (1.2 mm × 1.6 mm) ideal for confined spaces. Available up to IEC 60751 F0.1 (IST AG reference class Y). Optional metallized backside ensures improved thermal coupling. SlimSens option (0.8 mm × 3 mm) for tube applications supports tube diameters from 1 mm.

ESD optimized design
