Product details
IST AG platinum RTD sensors are engineered for a wide range of industrial temperature applications. Standard IEC 60751 grades are available up to class F0.15 and higher accuracies on request. Sensors support wired and SMD/FlipChip configurations and can be customized for lead material, insulation, length and geometry to meet integration requirements.

SMD and FlipChip
SMD sensors feature wrap-around contacts for automatic PCB assembly with options for SAC305 tinned contacts, high-temperature solder or Ni/Au for wire bonding. FlipChip sensors provide single-side contacts to avoid backside short-circuits and are suitable for reflow soldering, bonding or welding. FC types (0603/0805/1206) offer fast response, low self-heating and a compact footprint.

Small dimensions
IST AG offers compact variants for constrained spaces:

• MiniSens: 1.2 x 1.6 mm, available up to IEC 60751 F0.1, direct welded wires, operation up to +600 °C, metallized backside for improved thermal coupling.
• SlimSens: 0.8 x 3 mm for small-diameter tubing (from 1 mm), available up to IEC 60751 F0.1, direct welded wires, operation up to +600 °C.
