Product details
This ultra-compact thin-film platinum RTD (Pt100) is engineered for narrow-space installations and easy integration into assemblies. Available in wired configurations with Pt/Ni leads and offered in various sizes and accuracy classes. Standard IEC 60751 sensors include F0.15 variants; customization options cover lead material, insulation, length and wiring configuration. IST AG supplies 2- to 4-wire constructions and wire-welded sensor options for improved mechanical robustness. Shrink-tube solutions, connector options and housing/assembly variants (soldered to discs/sheets, sensors in housings, ceramic round housings) are available to optimize thermal coupling and installation.

ESD and lead-free initiatives
Designs are tested for ESD resistance according to IEC/EN 61000-4-2; IST AG operates an in-house ESD laboratory for qualification. Sensors are transitioned to lead-free cover and passivation glass variants to maintain RoHS compliance; material numbers for lead-free versions are generated for traceability.
