CIT20-10S Koenen test instrument for determining thermal sensitivity of solid and liquid substances under high confinement heating conditions. Compliant with UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods — Section 11.5.1 Test 1(b).

Product description
The CIT20-10S is designed to evaluate the thermal sensitivity of materials by heating a sample contained in a steel pipe against a standard steel plate. The system performs automatic electronic ignition, controlled heating and precision timing; heating stops automatically at the end of the programmed sequence. After each run an automatic report is generated for review and interpretation of steel deformation or rupture to determine material sensitivity.
