The MKD6019D is a 1U rack console with a 19" industrial LCD panel and 8-port VGA KVM Switch for rackmount servers and data centers. The 19-inch industrial LCD monitor presents a 1280 x 1024 resolution with a contrast ratio of 1000:1, 16.7 million colors, and a mean time between failures at 30,000 hours. The 104-key keyboard with a two-button touchpad is combo-free, with an option for the trackball, and is VGA accepted. The display offers high graphic quality and is long-lasting. It runs on a 100/240V AC power supply with an option for DC power input, which can minimize the loss of energy over the power lines. Measuring a dimension of 17.4 inches in width, 24.4 inches in diameter, and 1.73 inches in height, this compact rack console can fit into space-constraint areas and survive harsh operating environments due to the heavy-duty steel casing and anti-shock vibration feature. With KVM switches, it promises increased productivity, efficiency, time, and money savings. KVM switch uses one keyboard, video, and mouse together and is connected and controlled through several servers. By doing so, it enhances efficiency by eradicating unnecessary devices, freeing up spaces for other usages, saving money on air conditioning to cool off monitors, and energy saving. It will eliminate problems with mixing up cables as only KVM cables will be needed. MKD 6019D includes 8 ports for the KVM switch but has an option for 16 ports, therefore 8 or 16 KVM cables of 6 feet in length (combo free) will be provided. The eight KVM ports will be supported by VGA, USB, or PS/2 for the keyboard and mouse. The cascade port includes one in/out proprietary cascade KVM port extended up by 8 levels.
