IHP cartridge heaters are high-power tubular heating elements for electrical heating of tools, moulds, processing tables and liquid tanks. The compact design delivers high power density, fast and even heat distribution and good resistance to vibration and thermal cycling.

• Operating temperature up to 750°C
• Surface load up to 40 W/cm²
• Casing: stainless steel AISI321 (1.4541)
• Nickel‑chrome 80/20 resistance wire
• Diameter tolerance −0.02 to −0.06 mm; length tolerance ±1.5%
• Standard glassfiber insulated leads: 250 mm and 1000 mm

• Power tolerance: +5% / −10%
• Dielectric test: 1500 V for 1 s
• Leakage current ≤ 0.1 mA at 242 V
