Overview
Immersion heaters are commonly used to heat water and other liquids. They are applied in water heaters, boilers, commercial kitchens, industrial tanks and baths, and dishwashers.

Design and materials

• IHP manufactures immersion heaters with nipples of type G (gas thread), type M (metric thread) and with DN flange.
• Available tube materials include copper, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, 254 SMO, Incoloy® 800, Incoloy® 825, aluminum and titanium.

Options and accessories

• Heaters can be supplied with a sensor tube for easy connection of sensors, thermostats and temperature limiters.
• A thermostat with knob can be integrated directly on the connection box.
• For industrial applications IHP offers molded connection boxes to increase mechanical strength and resistance.
