IBC container heater 30-HIBC series

Product overview
IHP IBC heating jackets are designed to reduce viscosity of viscous products stored in standard intermediate bulk containers (IBC 1000L). The insulated heating jacket provides general heating, temperature maintenance and frost protection for transported or stationary IBCs.

Controller and construction
The unit features a digital controller adjustable 0–90°C with high temperature accuracy, timer and ramp function. The heating jacket is a lightweight construction in durable polyester with adjustable quick-release buckles for easy mounting and removal.

Power options and operation
Available in three power configurations: single-zone 1300 W, two-zone 2×1000 W (total 2 kW) and three-zone 3×1000 W (total 3 kW). Selecting zones according to fill level reduces energy consumption.

Performance and use
The large heat-emitting surface provides rapid temperature rise and reliable maintenance of setpoint. The jacket is suitable for use during transport and for on-site heating of IBCs.

Options and safety
An insulation lid (option IL) is available to improve thermal efficiency. Do not allow the heater to overlap itself during installation. Observe IP40 protection and applicable electrical safety rules.
