Drum heaters made with silicone rubber are the ideal solution for heating substances that are stored in steel drums. Drum heaters are mounted on the outside of the drum and heats for example water, fats, butter, sugar, glucose, chocolate, oils, diesel, lubricant oil, and other industrial liquids and substances indirectly. This kind of drum heater has a relatively high surface load, is flexible and easy to mount by simple spring fixing. The capillary or digital thermostat control with adjustable working range 0-120°C is located on the drum heater. We also offer alternative thermostats with adjustable working range 0-90°C and 0-150°C. IHP offers drum heaters for all sizes of drums and we have a standard range for drum sizes 25, 50, 105 and 200 liters. We also offer a standard silicone drum heater IP65 for drum size 200 liters with working range up to 200°C.
