Product description
Ceramic band heaters transfer heat efficiently into industrial machine parts such as injection molds, extruders, pipes and circular containers. The construction provides reliable heat delivery and quick mounting using a clamping screw and spring.

Energy efficiency and construction
Ceramic fiber insulation placed between the ceramic elements and the stainless steel casing reduces energy consumption by up to 30% compared with less advanced designs. The heater can be supplied with a perforated stainless casing for forced ventilation. Custom manufacturing options include various dimensions, multiple connection box types and shaped cut-outs to fit specific applications.
