The immersion heater 20-16544 is designed for heating liquids in 1000 L IBC containers. Installed through the top opening, it provides controlled heating for water, oils and mild acidic or alkaline mixtures. The unit includes a digital PID controller (0–90°C) with ramp and programmable set points and is CE marked. A PTFE-coated option is available for more aggressive fluids.

Construction and design

• Tube heating element in stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404)
• IP65-rated design suitable for outdoor and industrial environments
• Element diameter compatible with standard IBC top openings (ø100 mm)
• Fixed handle for lifting and hanging
• Active heating zone requires minimum half-filled IBC (min. liquid level 500 mm)
• Optional PTFE coating for acidic fluids

Package content
Delivered ready to use: immersion heater, control cabinet with digital controller, CE manual. Cable between heater and control unit approx. 2800 mm. Supply cable: rubber H07RN-F 1.6 m (3G1.5 mm²) with grounded Schuko plug. Earth circuit breaker not included.
