Product description
An industrial heating blanket (cuff) provides controlled, energy-efficient surface and bulk heating for curing, repair and maintenance tasks. Typical applications include marine GRP-hull curing, composite curing in aviation, wind-turbine blade production and repair, and epoxy curing processes.

Availability and construction
These heating blankets are available in a standard range and can be customised to customer specifications. The outer surface is a silicone-impregnated fabric that is easy to handle and clean. Blankets can be mounted side by side to cover larger areas and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The blanket must not overlap itself.

Controller and functions
The blankets are supplied with a digital controller adjustable between 0 and 120°C. The controller includes additional functions such as a timer and ramp (temperature rise) control for repeatable curing cycles.
