Construction and design- Most models use spiral resistance wire embedded or threaded through ceramic modules.
- Available with a stainless steel sheath for protection or as flexible ceramic heater pads without casing.
- Custom shapes, holes, slots and fastening features can be manufactured to fit machine interfaces.
- Internal Type J or Type K thermocouples can be integrated; other sensor types available on request.
- Compatible with standard PID controllers for precise temperature regulation.
