Description
Flat ceramic strip heaters (ceramic flat heaters) for contact heating in industrial processes. Designed for uniform surface heating where compact, adaptable heating elements are required. Typical sectors: plastic forming, packaging and vacuum packing, food processing, anti-condensation systems and extruders.

Construction and design

• Most models use spiral resistance wire embedded or threaded through ceramic modules.
• Available with a stainless steel sheath for protection or as flexible ceramic heater pads without casing.
• Custom shapes, holes, slots and fastening features can be manufactured to fit machine interfaces.
• Internal Type J or Type K thermocouples can be integrated; other sensor types available on request.
• Compatible with standard PID controllers for precise temperature regulation.
