DescriptionIHP submersible oil heaters are IP68-rated elements designed to be placed inside tanks to heat hydraulic oil. They use an AISI 316L stainless-steel sheath for effective heat transfer and include built-in magnets for quick mounting in magnetic tanks. The heater is engineered with low surface power so the maximum surface temperature remains around 40°C to protect the fluid.
ApplicationsTypically installed in oil baths, lifts and hydraulic systems to warm hydraulic oil, reduce wear and help drive out moisture. Also suitable for lubricating oils, mineral oils, water and other non-corrosive liquids where a low surface temperature and submersible protection are required.
