Product description IHP supplies ceramic band heaters designed for very high operating temperatures and customized to fit specific machines and processes. Units can be supplied with integrated sensors and measurement holes positioned directly on the heated surface to facilitate process control and temperature monitoring.
Design and materials Standard diameter range: ø60 mm to ø630 mm. Standard width range: 30 mm to 450 mm. Heating elements are embedded in precision ceramic (steatite) blocks to ensure electrical insulation and thermal stability. Each heater is supplied with internal thermal insulation to minimise heat loss and maintain uniform surface temperature. Connection options include connection boxes, various connectors, or heat-resistant leads with ceramic beads.
