This thread-retained plug is designed to apply axial force only on the installation hole, making it ideal for sealing holes with thin walls. It uses a metal-to-metal seal for high pressure applications and is both removable and reusable, providing easy access to sealed passageways. A.F.O. plugs feature a unique floating seal that self-aligns to allow for threaded holes that are not perfectly concentric with the through hole.
