Description

Test verification box • For daily testing of measuring and testing devices • High-voltage testing, insulation measurement, ground bond testing and leakage current measurement • PVC plastic housing • Connection via cold appliance socket (IEC 60230) and test points A dummy test must be carried out regularly in every series production. The test verification box simulates faults for all important safety tests. In contrast to calibration, the dummy test only takes a few minutes. The test verification box itself must be calibrated at least once a year, just like the test device or test system. The test verification boxes from SPS electronic are used to regularly check the functionality of all standard devices and test systems. For this purpose, the test verification box is connected to the test device in place of the DUT and a "GOOD / FAIL" simulation is carried out. Only with a daily check can you be sure that your products function perfectly in terms of safety - and in the worst case avoid expensive recalls. Each test verification box consists of a connection option to the tester and one or more resistors and/or inductors. The test verification boxes from SPS electronic have a high-quality finish and are available in different versions.
