Overview
The CK-KB287148-JSSI is an industrial-grade waterproof and antibacterial silicone keyboard developed for harsh environments including industrial production, medical facilities and food processing areas. Its seamless silicone construction provides IP68 protection against dust, water, salt spray and chemical contaminants while the antibacterial surface facilitates cleaning and hygiene compliance required in regulated sectors.

The keyboard features carbon connecting key switches with 2.0 mm travel and an actuation force of 1.0 N ± 0.1 N to ensure reliable tactile response and reduced operator fatigue. Integrated FN shortcuts improve workflow. Interfaces are available in USB or PS/2 (plug-and-play), and the unit is compatible with Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac OSX, VxWorks and Android.

Designed for long-term operation, the product includes an industrial-grade PCB and has passed environmental tests for vibration, shock, salt spray, damp heat and dry heat. Key switch life is rated at 3 million operations; average service life >6 years; MTBF >50,000 hours; MTTR <30 minutes.
