Product Description: The MTL4534 industrial vacuum cleaner is designed for continuous suction, thanks to a 400 Volt three-phase motor allowing 24/7 operation. Equipped with a side channel blower and direct motor/fan coupling without transmission, this motor requires minimal maintenance. A safety valve and IP 65 motor protection are integrated. Ultra-versatile, the MTL4534 easily integrates into many industries, capable of operating alone or as part of a centralized vacuum network. It delivers a power of 3 kW, an airflow of 318 m³/h, and a continuous vacuum of 2700 to 3200 mmH²O. The filtration unit includes an antistatic pocket filter of category M 1µ, suitable for fine dust. A manual filter cleaning system with a handle is integrated, facilitating filter cleaning and maintaining vacuum performance. Despite its robustness, the MTL4534 remains compact and powerful. Its recovery capacity is 45 liters, easily drainable thanks to the integrated wheels under the tank.
