The DG30 EXP PN industrial vacuum cleaner is a robust and versatile model, specifically designed for dust and waste extraction in industrial environments. Its epoxy-painted steel construction provides excellent mechanical resistance, ideal for intensive use. Powered by a three-phase 400 V supply, it features a 3 kW motor capable of reaching a maximum vacuum of 3200 mmH₂O (2700 mmH₂O continuously) and an air flow rate of 318 m³/h, making it perfectly suited for continuous industrial applications.

The DG30 EXP PN is equipped with an automatic pneumatic filter cleaning system, ensuring constant filtration efficiency without interrupting suction. This system extends the filter life and maintains performance at the highest level. It includes three M-class filter cartridges, made of antistatic polyester (ANT M), with a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 500 mm, offering a total filter surface area of 57,000 cm². This filtration class complies with IEC 60335-2-69 and captures fine, harmful, or health-sensitive dusts such as flour, silica, or wood particles, protecting both operators and the motor.

Its 100-liter recovery tank, mounted on industrial wheels, is easily detachable, allowing for quick and ergonomic emptying. The system also allows for direct waste bagging, for simple and hygienic maintenance. A safety valve is integrated to prevent motor overheating, ensuring safe use over long periods.

Designed for sectors such as heavy industry, food processing, foundries, construction, or manufacturing plants, the DG30 EXP PN is as ergonomic as it is efficient. It features industrial-grade wheels, an accessory holder, a cable storage, and a powerful yet quiet side channel blower.

Finally, numerous options are available, including the addition of an absolute H/HEPA filter (26,000 cm² – H14 filter with 99.995% efficiency according to the MPPS method, compliant with EN 1822-5), to adapt the device to even more specific ultra-fine filtration needs.
