The DG70EXPPN industrial vacuum cleaner is a three-phase vacuum ideal for continuous use in industrial environments. It ensures high-quality suction of dust and heavy debris. Equipped with automatic filter cleaning by air shock or pneumatic, the DG70EXPPN remains efficient despite long hours of operation. The automatic cleaning of the filter cartridges maintains suction quality and filter integrity, functioning both during operation and downtime. The reverse pulse cleaning is performed by powerful compressed air jets, breaking the filter cake and offering a large filter surface of 80,000 cm². This model is available for the most demanding applications, especially in heavy industries. It is recognized as one of the most reliable and robust vacuums on the market.
The suction unit consists of a side channel blower vacuum pump in cast aluminum, offering very high efficiency. Without transmission, this motor requires almost zero maintenance. Powerful and durable, it is suitable for heavy and industrial service. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a detachable tank on wheels with a capacity of 100 liters, with bagging options to facilitate emptying. Very robust and ergonomic, it features a hot-formed square steel frame. Equipped with four sturdy wheels, two of which are directional at the front (one with brake), it is mobile and stable, even on damaged or uneven floors. A transport handle improves maneuverability and safety during movement.
