Product Details The MTL4535 industrial vacuum cleaner is designed for continuous suction, thanks to its three-phase 400 Volt motor, allowing for 24/7 use without interruption. Equipped with a side channel turbine and direct motor/fan coupling, it requires little maintenance while ensuring reliable operation. An integrated safety valve protects the motors, while IP 65 protection enhances its resistance. Versatile, the MTL4535 easily integrates into various industries, whether operating independently or as part of a centralized vacuum network. With a power of 4 kW, it generates an airflow of 420 m³/h and a continuous vacuum of 2600 mmH²O up to 3200 mmH²O. The filtration unit is equipped with an antistatic pocket filter of category M (1µ), ideal for fine dust. A handle-operated cleaning system, particularly effective for star filters, is included, allowing easy cleaning to maintain the vacuum's performance. Despite its robustness, the MTL4535 is a compact and powerful device. It has a recovery capacity of 45 liters, and its tank is easily emptied thanks to integrated wheels. No disassembly of the filter chamber or motor is required for emptying, as the tank can be easily detached, facilitating the operators' work.
