General Description
The DG50 EXP PN three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner is a versatile, ultra-durable equipment perfectly suited for dust extraction in industrial environments. Designed for continuous use on production lines, this model features a 4 kW motor, powered by 400 V three-phase, capable of providing a maximum vacuum of 3200 mmH₂O (2800 mmH₂O continuously) and an air flow rate of 420 m³/h, ensuring powerful and consistent suction performance.

Filtration System
The core of the DG50 EXP PN lies in its highly efficient filtration system, consisting of 3 polyester antistatic class M filter cartridges, with a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 500 mm, offering a total filter surface of 57,000 cm². These filters capture fine, dry, and potentially harmful dust, while effectively protecting the motor and operators.

Automatic Filter Cleaning
This model stands out with its automatic filter cleaning system using compressed air, also known as pneumatic shock air cleaning. Thanks to this device, powerful jets of compressed air automatically clean the filter cartridges, both when the vacuum is in operation and when it is off. This automatic cleaning extends the filter life, ensures continuous suction without power loss, and eliminates the need for manual cleaning by operators.

Collection Tank
The 100-liter collection tank, located under the filter chamber, efficiently collects dust and waste. It is mounted on industrial wheels and can be easily detached without requiring disassembly of the filter head. The operator can thus perform a quick and ergonomic emptying, with the possibility of direct bagging into disposable bags.

Design and Durability
Designed for use in industrial sites, foundries, food processing, or construction sites, the DG50 EXP PN features an epoxy-painted steel structure, particularly resistant and durable. It is also equipped with multidirectional wheels, accessory storage, an electric cable holder, and a side channel blower combining power and silence.

Filtration Options
For applications requiring even finer filtration, the device can be optionally equipped with an absolute H/HEPA filter (26,000 cm², H14 filter with 99.995% efficiency according to MPPS method, EN 1822-5 standard).
