The DBFV05 is a vertical, compact industrial three-phase vacuum unit designed for direct extraction of dust and chips at the source on production machines. It integrates easily into constrained environments (OEM lines, workshops) and is suitable for continuous industrial use.

Motorisation and safety
The unit is equipped with a three-phase side-channel blower 400 V, delivering 0.4 kW (400 W). An integrated safety valve protects the motor by regulating the vacuum and preventing overload, making the unit suitable for 24/7 operation with reduced maintenance.

Filtration
Polyester bag filtration, category M, with PTFE treatment. Filter surface: 2000 cm². Filter diameter: 280 mm. The system includes mechanical lever cleaning to maintain performance and limit dust dispersion.

Tank, structure and use
15-litre tank. Epoxy-painted steel structure, robust and designed to withstand demanding industrial environments. Intended for continuous extraction close to operators without excessive nuisance thanks to a controlled noise level.
