Purpose: Pipe Hole Repair Socket for on-site repair of accidental holes in plastic piping, especially where the hole is located between a wall and a narrow gap.
Use case: Enables localized repair without replacing the pipe section by inserting and welding a PPR repair bar using socket-fusion technique.

Standard sizes: 7 mm, 9 mm, 11 mm.
Additional option: 9 mm available as an extra choice.
Compatibility and recommended tools
Compatibility: Designed for PPR piping systems; to be used with hole fusion sockets and PPR repair bars.
Recommended tools: socket-fusion welding machine, appropriate pipe cutter, drill bit sized for the repair bar, deburring and cleaning tools.
Repair procedure (summary)
1. Select the correct welding machine, pipe cutter and drill bit for the pipe material and diameter.
2. Locate the repair position, remove debris and clean the pipe surface around the hole.
3. Choose the repair bar that matches the socket size.
4. Insert the repair bar into the repair socket and heat according to welding parameters for PPR.
5. Insert the heated repair bar into the hole and allow the joint to cool and consolidate.
6. Trim the excess repair bar and finish the surface as required.
