Overview
The ZTHJ-32A is a socket fusion welder with a digital temperature display, designed for joining PPR, PE and PB pipes used in hot and cold water installations. The unit is lightweight and built for site use by plumbers and technicians.

Socket fusion instruction (process steps)

• 1. Fusion preparation
• 2. Cut the pipe squarely
• 3. Clean pipe ends and fittings
• 4. Measure fusion depth on the pipe and fitting
• 5. Heat to the set temperature using the heater plate
• 6. Join components and allow to cool under pressure
