The ZTHJ-63E is a portable socket fusion welder with digital display, designed for joining PPR, PE and PB pipes used in plumbing for hot and cold water systems. It combines a square stable base, an aluminum heating plate and a lightweight body for on-site use.

Socket fusion instruction (steps)

• 1. Fusion preparation
• 2. Cut the pipe to length
• 3. Clean and deburr the pipe
• 4. Measure fusion depth
• 5. Heating with the correct socket and plate
• 6. Join parts and allow to cool
