The RJQ-110 is a socket-fusion welding machine designed to join PP-R, PE and PB pipes in plumbing and hot/cold water supply systems. It integrates Teflon-coated die heads, a high-temperature heating plate and ergonomic handling for consistent socket-fusion welds.

Fusion instructions (summary)

• 1. Prepare the work area and equipment.
• 2. Cut the pipe to required length.
• 3. Deburr and clean pipe ends before welding.
• 4. Measure insertion depth for socket fusion.
• 5. Heat fittings and pipe ends with the die head to working temperature.
• 6. Join parts and allow to cool following recommended procedure.
