The ZRJQ-110T is a socket-fusion welding machine for PPR/PE/PB pipes, equipped with a digital display and designed for professional plumbing installations (hot and cold water systems). It provides controlled heating and standard-compliant fusion for pipe joints.

Socket-fusion instructions (summary)

• 1. Prepare the machine and work area.
• 2. Cut pipe square to required length.
• 3. Clean pipe ends and remove burrs.
• 4. Measure and mark insertion depth.
• 5. Heat pipe and fittings with the correct die head to target temperature.
• 6. Join parts, align marks and allow to cool without movement.
