Presentation
The MTL801 1/3D industrial vacuum is a compact, mobile and versatile unit designed for safe extraction of dust and liquids in ATEX-classified environments (Zone 22 outdoor and Zone 20 indoor). ATEX certified category 1/3D, it is intended for sectors handling flammable substances (e.g. food processing, pharmaceutical, maintenance workshops).

Motorization and performance
Single-phase 1.1 kW motor with independent cooling via dual ventilation and integrated thermal switch. High vacuum and airflow for effective recovery of liquids, fine dust, light residues and industrial shavings.

Filtration

• Antistatic polyester pocket (bag) filter, class M (filter surface indicated on datasheet: 5 000 cm² for the pocket filter).
• Standard absolute HEPA H14 filter capturing 99.995% of particles down to 0.18 µm for purified air exhaust.
• Integrated vacuum gauge for visual monitoring of filter condition and prevention of clogging.

Tank and liquid safety
Removable AISI 304 stainless recovery tank with 80 L capacity mounted on wheels for quick and hygienic emptying. Specific PPL filter version for liquid collection and a safety float system to prevent overflow and protect internal components.

Construction and mobility
Epoxy-painted steel chassis, multidirectional industrial wheels with brakes for optimal manoeuvrability and improved ergonomics thanks to an integrated push handle.

Accessories and uses
Supplied with an ATEX accessory kit suitable for multiple applications: workstation cleaning, liquid recovery in sensitive areas, ATEX dust cleaning at floor level or at height. Designed for intensive use and compliant with safety requirements in explosive atmospheres.
