DescriptionThe ZFR75 INERT is engineered to eliminate ignition/explosion risks when vacuuming sensitive powders, using a liquid-bath inerting system compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022. The suction unit employs a side-channel blower directly coupled to the motor for quiet, maintenance-free continuous operation. An integrated safety valve supplies additional air to cool the motor and prevent overheating.
Filtration and monitoringThe filtration system includes an antistatic polyester pocket primary filter (category M, surface 30,000 cm², Ø 500 mm) capturing particles down to 1 μm, complemented by an absolute HEPA H14 filter of 26,000 cm² (99.995% efficiency by MPPS). An integrated vacuum gauge enables continuous filter status monitoring. Filter cleaning is manual via a handle to maintain filter media performance.
