The MTL4533 Z2/22 is a compact, safety-rated industrial vacuum cleaner designed for extraction of dust and debris in hazardous environments. Construction and application areas
Robust epoxy-painted steel construction. Typical applications: chemical industry, electronics, laboratories, manufacturing workshops and industrial sites where compactness and mobility are required.

Motor and operation
The unit is driven by a side-channel blower, quiet and without mechanical transmission, suitable for continuous operation. The motor is dust-protected (IP65) and includes a safety valve against overheating.

Filtration system
The filtration package is designed to ensure clean exhaust air and stable performance:

• Primary filter: antistatic polyester pocket filter (class M) with large filtration area.
• Filter cleaning: manual handle cleaning system for quick filter maintenance.
• Absolute filter: HEPA H14 (99.995% MPPS) to capture particles down to 0.18 µm.

Use and handling
Easy to maneuver and maintain: multidirectional wheels, rear push handle, removable 45 L collection container with drain handle. Integrated cable storage to keep the workstation tidy and safe.
