Technical details and description
The Z22 PHARMA 40.40 is a three-phase industrial vacuum certified ATEX zone 22, developed for the pharmaceutical industry and environments requiring strict hygiene. Its side-channel blower, without a transmission system, ensures quiet, reliable and continuous operation. A vacuum-limiting valve protects the motor and extends service life.
The AISI 304 stainless-steel tank is polished inside and satin-finished outside to facilitate cleaning and prevent residue buildup; the tank is indicated as 45 litres while the technical capacity is listed separately (see specifications).
Filtration combines a primary antistatic polyester pocket filter (category M, surface 20,000 cm², diameter Ø 420 mm) capable of capturing fine dust down to 1 μm, and an absolute HEPA H14 filter (surface 20,500 cm²) retaining 99.995% of particles down to 0.18 μm according to MPPS. The assembly is integrated into a Bag-In Bag-Out system allowing filter replacement without direct operator exposure to toxic dust.
A manual de-dusting handle maintains suction performance. Compatible with disposable safety bags for clean and hygienic collection and disposal.
