The Z22 PHARMA 40.30 is a three-phase industrial vacuum certified ATEX zone 22, designed for the pharmaceutical industry, cleanrooms and laboratories. It combines hygienic materials and design with safety features adapted to hazardous dusts.

Main functional features

Hygienic design and tank
Tank in AISI 304 stainless steel, polished inside and satin-finished outside, with welded bottom without joint for complete and rapid cleaning, minimizing retention areas and facilitating operations in pharmaceutical environments.

Filtration system
Two-stage filtration integrated into the Bag-In Bag-Out system:

• Primary polyester antistatic pocket filter, category M (surface 20 000 cm², diameter Ø 420 mm) to capture fine dust.
• Absolute HEPA H14 filter of 20 500 cm² (efficiency 99.995% according to MPPS method on particles down to 0.18 μm).

Collection and maintenance
Tank capacity 42 litres. Possibility to use secure disposable bags. Manual de-clogging system operated by handle to maintain suction performance without dispersing dust into ambient air.
