Description
The EXP50 INERT is a three-phase industrial vacuum designed for the safe collection of combustible or reactive dusts. Its liquid-bath inerting system immerses captured particles to eliminate the risk of ignition or explosion. Compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022, it is suitable for sensitive metal, chemical and pharmaceutical powders. The suction unit features a side-channel blower directly coupled to the motor for quiet, continuous 24/7 operation. A safety valve provides motor cooling. Filtration combines an antistatic polyester pocket primary filter (M class, 30,000 cm², Ø 500 mm) compliant with IEC 60335-2-69 and an absolute HEPA H14 filter (26,000 cm²) capturing 99.995% of particles down to 0.18 μm (MPPS). A vacuum gauge (evacuometer) monitors filter condition and a manual handle cleaning system maintains suction performance. The 44 L AISI 304 stainless tank (37 L reserved for inerting liquid) is mounted on a robust chassis with industrial wheels. The inerting kit includes a removable deflector tube, PPL oil-mist filter, stainless basket and three fiber filters.
