The 802 WD AIREX 7V 1/3D is a compact, efficient vacuum solution designed for ATEX environments (zone 20 inside tank and zone 22 outside). It runs entirely on compressed air using a multi-nozzle Venturi system, so no electric motor is required, making it suitable for explosion-risk areas caused by dust or vapours. The design is based on a maintenance-free suction unit protected within a robust steel head. It handles both dust and liquids thanks to a dual filtration system: an antistatic polyester filter class M for fine dust and a 300 μm polypropylene liquid filter with a safety float to prevent overflow.
