Overview
The MTL301 AIREX is an ATEX 1/3D certified compressed-air industrial vacuum designed for safe extraction of combustible dusts in zone 20 (indoor) and zone 22 (outdoor). Compact and manoeuvrable, it operates without an electric motor using a multi-nozzle venturi pneumatic system.

Operation and filtration

• Multi-nozzle venturi system driven by compressed air (consumption indicated: 729 nl/min at 6 bar via 12 mm hose)
• Tangential air inlet creating a cyclonic effect to direct particles into the recovery tank and reduce filter clogging
• Antistatic polyester cartridge, class M, with PTFE treatment (filter area 6,000 cm²)
• Standard integrated HEPA H14 absolute filter (11,000 cm²): 99.995% efficiency down to 0.18 µm
• DUSTOP semi-automatic back-cleaning system with manual flap, allowing filter performance restoration during use without dust dispersion
