Overview
The EXP70 INERT is a three-phase industrial vacuum certified ATEX Zone 22, specifically designed for the safe extraction of combustible or reactive dusts in hazardous industrial environments. Robust construction with an AISI 304 stainless steel tank and epoxy-painted steel chassis for durability, mechanical resistance and hygiene.

Inerting system and safety
Inerting by neutralising liquid bath (water or oil) compliant with UNI EN 17348:2022, immersing captured particles to eliminate any ignition or explosion risk. Integrated safety valve ensures continuous motor cooling and prevents overheating.

Suction unit & performance
Suction unit based on a side-channel blower directly coupled to the motor, with technical documentation indicating motor power of 5.5 kW and stated performance: maximum vacuum 3,200 mmH2O (2,600 mmH2O continuous) and airflow 520 m3/h.

Filtration and control
